About the Event

The Striving in the City Soiree is Striving for More’s signature fundraising event. The event will take place on Saturday, April 14th from 6-10PM. It is being held at the chic, Mirage Lounge located in the Glenwood South area of Raleigh. This year, we are very excited to be having a Casino Night theme. We will be having professional dealers and Vegas style casino tables including Blackjack, Craps, No Limit Texas Hold-em and Roulette.

Our Annual Event

Striving For More, Inc. annual event ur commitment to this event will help us fund important programs such as:

Beads of Courage – A beautiful way for a child to commemorate their personal cancer journey and their bravery.
Chemo Duck – The ChemoDuck enables hospital staff, parents and caregivers to prepare children for chemotherapy treatment and eliminate the fear of the unknown.
Adolescent Support Groups – Support groups that provide Emotional support, education, and social connection for 15-30 year old patients at Duke and UNC.
Art Therapy – Tools to extend Art Therapy into the Digital world and resources that allow Arts Programming to expand from the clinic into the in-patient area.
